It is illuminated by two Velux windows equipped with roller shutters that open and close electrically; there is also a window with mosquito net, which can also be opened electrically in correspondence with the kitchen area.
Wide comfortable loft of over 60 m2, consisting of a double bedroom illuminated by a French door with mosquito net, from which you can access a small terrace overlooking flatlets with rooftop views, a dining room with kitchenette equipped with fridge, table with chairs, a sideboard, a double sofa bed, a bookcase and a TV and finally a bathroom with shower, hairdryer and free toiletries and bidet.
