Room prices range from a minimum of \u20ac60,00 to a maximum of \u20ac150 per night.<\/h3>\n

Prices per day per room include services, 10% VAT (taxes) electricity, gas, air conditioning, central heating.<\/p>\n

It is necessary to confirm your booking by sending deposit of 30% of\u00a0 the total amount \/postal\u00a0 transfers (by fax or e-mail).<\/p>\n

It is necessary to confirm your booking by sending a deposit of the amount of the first night by bank or communicating a valid credit card as guarantee. Bookings sent without any deposit will not be considered valid.<\/p>\n

From 1st march 2012 there is a city tax of 2,00 EUR per person per night (City tax minimum age: 12 years). The owner simply collects the fee behalf of the City.[\/vc_column_text]

  • Total refund of deposit for cancellations within a week\u2019s notice;<\/li>\n
